Booking Policy
A deposit is required to secure all appointments and must be paid within 48 hours of booking, otherwise your appointment will be auto cancelled by the system. Deposits are non-refundable, but they can be transferred to a new booking if you reschedule with at least 48 hours notice.
Missed appointments without notice will be charged 100% of the booking fee.
